PLEASE READ FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
• The goal of a custom ice dyed item is to collaborate together with the buyer to create the piece of your dreams.
• Triple check your email for the order, this is what I will use for all communication regarding the custom. All colors, styles, photos, etc will be sent through email.
• You can reply directly to your order confirmation e-mail or reach out directly at hello@wildoceandeisigns.net to let me know what you had in mind for the custom. If I don’t hear anything within 24-48 hours I will reach out to the buyer.
• After the initial communication I will send one final email to confirm our plan for the custom item and after that confirmation from the buyer I will proceed with creating the custom piece.
• I am asking a minimum of 2 WEEKS for these custom items to be created. Whenever possible I will be getting items made and shipped faster but please keep this time frame in mind when ordering. Please communicate any timeframe deadlines I may need to know about ahead of time.
• When I have finished the custom ice dyed item I will photograph to the best of my ability and send a final e-mail, with photo for the buyers approval.
• I am happy to answer any questions you may have about sizing, take measurements, and/or compare sizing for you from measurements you take.
• There are NO RETURNS on custom items unless there happens to be a flaw in the garment that goes missed by me (a hole, tear, rip, etc).
• Like I mentioned, the goal is to create your dream piece so let’s work together to do so!
